This SMS Messaging Consent Policy explains how Francois Academy Early Education & Childcare Center obtains, manages, and honors consent for text message (SMS) communications sent through our A2P 10DLC registered messaging program.

Message frequency varies based on school activities and enrollment status. We send approximately up to 500 messages per month across our subscriber list. We will not send excessive or unsolicited messages.

We honor all opt-out requests promptly. Once you opt out, we will not send further messages unless you re-consent.

Francois Academy does not charge for SMS messages. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Contact your carrier for details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to receive text messages from Francois Academy. By opting in, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
